Actionable Data
We turn big data into digestible decision-making tools. Administrators can see real-time school data on their ‘data dashboard’ within seconds:
- average grades
- attendance and graduation rates
- most improved, high performing, and flagged high-risk students
- equity data for minority and disabled students
- school data and progress to compare against standards
Student data is organized intuitively in categories for teachers to make grading and teaching easier. And students can also access their own data to see how they are progressing.
Automation
Our software automatically takes attendance and records absences and tardies so teachers don’t lose instruction time and students save a trip to the front desk. Student progress checks are also automated; our software records who has opened, worked on, and submitted assignments.
The teacher views all of this on their dashboard, and with remote learning, our automation saves them hours of check-in work. Class schedules and data collection are also automated!

Distraction Elimination
Teachers control what students see on their screens. This keeps students focused both in the classroom and remotely.
Communication
Integrate facilitates communication and collaboration between admin, teachers, and students.
Admins can easily send school-wide announcements, and our integrated chat and lesson plan approval process allows teachers and admin to connect and digitally edit/approve lesson plans. Notifications are our communication hero between teachers, admin, and students.
Unlike in email, when a notification is clicked in our software it goes straight to the ‘task’–like approving lesson plans, resolving behavioral flags, viewing homework, or grading a submitted assignment. Integrate makes communicating in the software easier than using email—freeing up your inbox and your time so you can spend it empowering people in your school.
Versatility + G Suite
Integrate software works with every kind of computer, and we integrate with Google products already used in schools like Gmail and G Suite.
Accessibility
Integrate is accessible functionally and financially. We didn’t build Integrate to make a buck. We built it because the lost time and data from scattered software didn’t make any sense to us. We saw how the problem frustrated admins and redirected teacher attention from students to technology, and we wanted to do something about it. So we created an easy, all-in-one software system that works for all schools, regardless of tech-savvy or budget constraints.
Security
We use Google log-ins, operate in AWS Cloud, and store data in Django Rest. We safeguard student data so you can teach and lead without worry.
